The following cases have been scheduled before Judge Fred Eady for an 6 Month Jury Trial Calendar beginning February 23, 2023 @ 10:00 A.M. in Court Room 3B of the Fulton County Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Ave., SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. This calendar shall run through and include August 25, 2023. Defense Counsel, Defendants and Pro Se Defendants are required to appear for the above-mentioned calendar in-person. All cases on this Trial Calendar are on call and subject to be called in on a 24 twenty four-hour notice for a trial. All counsel and parties must be ready for trial. Cases may not be called in the order in which they are published. All conflicts must be in writing and submitted in advance of the start of the Trial Calendar. Continuances will be for legal cause only and can only be granted by the Court.
