Cases listed below appear on Judge Rachel Krause's Civil Jury Trial Calendar with voir dire commencing on the above date at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom 4B of the Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Ave, S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303. The order in which the cases will be called to trial will be at the discretion of the Court. THERE WILL BE NO CALENDAR CALL. All positions on the calendar will be placed on a two hour call for the duration of this calendar. For all cases, exhibits should be numbered and exchanged with opposing counsel prior to trial. For jury trial cases, a consolidated pre-trial order is due as indicated in the separately-issued notice of trial. Failure to submit a pre-trial order by the party requesting a trial by jury will be deemed as a waiver of a jury trial and an affirmative and irrevocable election to proceed with a bench trial.
