Cases listed below appear on Judge Emily Richardson's Civil Jury Trial Calendar commencing on February 21, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. in Courtroom 5B of the Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Ave, S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303. All parties or their attorneys must appear for the calendar call on February 14, 2023, at 10:30 AM via Zoom videoconference. At the calendar call, the Court will conduct pre-trial conferences upon request. Failure to appear for the calendar call, if unexcused, may result in dismissal of the case. Cases not called to trial will be placed on a two-hour call. Cases not reached will be continued to the next civil trial calendar. All conflict letters must be submitted one week before the beginning of the trial calendar and follow Uniform Superior Court Rule 17.1 in proposing a resolution. A consolidated pre-trial order and any motions in limine are due by 5:00 PM on February 13, 2023. Failure to submit a consolidated pre-trial order may be deemed an election to proceed with a bench trial or may result in other sanctions.
