The following cases are hereby set on a jury trial calendar on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 9:00 AM before Judge Diane E. Bessen in Courtroom 3-D of the Fulton County Justice Tower, located at 185 Central Avenue, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. There is no calendar call. Only the case called in needs to report. Counsel and pro se parties should be prepared to present evidence to prove their cases. Failure to present witnesses or evidence may result in immediate dismissal of the action for want of prosecution. This setting is in addition to any calendars upon which this case currently appears, whether before the undersigned judge or in the ORCA division. This case is not excused from any calendar upon which it currently appears, and will continue on any and all calendars until reached. To the extent you have not already done so, the Court ORDERS the parties to confer and present a proposed consolidated pretrial order to the Court for entry on or before October 13, 2023. The State Court is currently not providing court reporters for civil matters. It is therefore the parties' responsibility to arrange for a court reporter. If any party has a conflict, a conflict letter in full compliance with Rule 17.1 is REQUIRED.
