The following cases are hereby set on a jury trial calendar on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 9:00 AM before Judge Diane E. Bessen in Courtroom 3-D of the Fulton County Justice Tower, located at 185 Central Avenue, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. There is no calendar call. Only the case called in needs to report. Counsel and pro se parties should be prepared to present evidence to prove their cases. Failure to present witnesses or evidence may result in immediate dismissal of the action for want of prosecution. To the extent you have not already done so, the Court ORDERS the parties to confer and present a proposed consolidated pretrial order to the Court for entry on or before June 16, 2023.
