The following jury notice is for three-week calendar beginning SEPTEMBER 18, 2023. A consolidated pretrial order, with motions in limine, MUST BE FILED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 8, 2023. Failure to submit a consolidated pretrial order will result in the case being placed inactive for 90 days.  Plaintiff shall be responsible for consolidating the pre-trial order. All other parties shall provide their portions of the pretrial order to the plaintiff no later than two business days prior to the due date. An individual portion of the pre-trial order should not be filed with the Court without written certification explaining the party's good faith efforts to coordinate the preparation of a fully consolidated order. Cases reset to a jury calendar from a peremptory calendar will be subject to dismissal if a consolidated pretrial order is not submitted within the time permitted. Counsel of record must notify pro se parties or opposing counsel not listed on the published calendar of the pendency of this trial notice. If a pretrial order has been submitted previously, it is unnecessary to submit the order a second time. Counsel will be notified individually when to appear for trial. All other cases will be on two hours notice. There will not be a calendar call. Parties and counsel in each case must be ready for trial, as cases will not necessarily be called in the order in which they appear on the calendar.
