The following cases have been set on a non-jury trial calendar before Judge Diane E. Bessen in Courtroom 3-D of the Fulton County Justice Tower, located at 185 Central Avenue, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 at 10:00 AM on August 22, 2023. The Court presumes your consent to conduct this matter remotely by Zoom unless you notify the Court otherwise. The Zoom link can be found on the concurrently-filed order setting bench trial. Witnesses in all personal injury cases must appear from counsel's office in order to avoid connectivity issues.
