The following cases are scheduled for this Court's August 24, 2023, Default Calendar. There will be a Default calendar call on August 24, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. via Zoom before the Honorable Patsy Y. Porter. The Zoom Hearing information will be sent in a subsequent mailing and/or email. Please do not appear in person at the Courthouse. Attorneys appearing must be the attorneys trying the case or another attorney of record authorized to define the issues and enter into stipulations. Please review the calendar and inform the Staff Attorney of any corrections needed to the names of parties and associated counsel that will appear for the call of the calendar. All Parties are required to display their video during the Zoom session and to announce which case you are appearing for at the call of the calendar. Counsel and any pro se parties are directed to appear with all evidence and/or witnesses necessary to prove damages. Failure to appear at the calendar may result in dismissal of the action for want of prosecution.
