The following cases have been scheduled before Judge Fred C. Eady for a Plea and Arraignment calendar on February 27, 2023, at 9:00AM in Courtroom 3B. All "NOT GUILTY" pleas will be reset for trial at a later date. If a Defendant/Attorney wishes to waive arraignment it MUST be done in writing prior to the arraignment date with the State Court Clerk's Office 160 Pryor Street Suite J-150, Atlanta, GA 30303.
